Purchased the Marlin model for my 2020 street bob, all the hardware and shield are top grade material. The only drawback I have is the windshield does not come in smoke tint color, I had to purchase it in clear. Who would put a blue tint shield on their bike? I bought a can of spray tint from rust oleum which actually came out very well although it added another $20 to the cost. Just not the same as a tinted lens which you can get on other models.
Come on really, all models should come with smoke tinted option. Would I buy again, probably not till the tinted option is available.

I can’t thank Dart and Annette for their patience in answering my series of questions over a two-month period before I committed to buying the Marlin screen. I was overwhelmed with all the choices from the various brands; yet I knew for sure that I didn’t like some of the more popular screens/fairings that are all over YouTube. Nothing against those particular items; they simply aren’t my style. Second, I was concerned about size and how a screen or fairing would impact my comfort, as well as whether or not it would do what it’s designed to do, i.e. take the wind off my torso without causing head buffeting.
The Dart Marlin has been the ultimate game-changer for my riding because it allows me to ride my motorcycle much more self-assuredly at highway speeds since it eliminates the wind from my chest and doesn’t whip my head around like a Bobblehead toy. Added bonus: it looks cool and doesn’t take away from the overall look of the bike. Once I’d decided on Dart, I then had to choose between the Piranha, Classic, and Marlin. Again, Annette answered my questions promptly and honestly, even sending me [actual] pictures of each. She described the color of the Marlin as sort of a smoky blue-gray, and that’s exactly what arrived. Fits perfctly on a 21 FXBBS. I wanted something that would keep the wind off of my chest on long runs while still getting clean air to my head. After 3 runs and some fine tuning on the bracket height on the forks, it works flawlessly. I feel the air on the outside of my shoulders and nice clean air hitting my helmet. No Buffetting.

I havent put it on my bike yet simply because my bike hasnt arrived from the States. I purchased it because a mate of mine has one on his bike and i liked the look of it. This is my third Dart screen and it’s installed on my 2014 HD Dyna Superglide Custom. The first two were on a 2008 Triumph America and a Triumph Thunderbird (older model - 1998?). I enjoy how these screens block just the right amount of wind with no buffeting. I also prefer the way they look on the bike - minimalist rather than a huge sheet of plexiglass. Another plus is ease of installation using the enclosed detailed instructions.

at 5" 10" on 2020 fxbb, screen takes most of wind of chest area, just enough breeze to keep cool. Neck and head still in the wind, has a feelin of ridin in the breeze without the tiring wind presure on chest. ideal for rides of 300 -400 km in a day, It's not to big and not to small, it's about right. light tint and size tones in with style of bike, those CHiPs screens would look out a place on Street Bob. All parts look to be well manufactured, easy to install. it's a winner

I received my Marlin Screen for my HD Low Rider today. It was super easy to fit to the bike. The Quality of the product is excellent. I think it is a great enhancement for my road trips and looks very good proportionality on my Bike.

This was supposed to fit a 2004 Harley Dyna Lowrider. It would not correctly fit behind the headlight bucket. The mounting pieces were hitting. I had to loosen up the headlight assembly and move it forward so far my high beam now points up in the air and doesn't hit the road. My low beam is so high I have on coming cars flashing their lights at me. As far as wind , everything that hits the screen now is pushed up and blows even more wind and bugs in my face and eyes as of it's low profile. Not functional at all. I showed it to numerous people during the Milwaukee Harley Rally this past weekend. One guy told me "I had the same one on my older Dyna and it did the same thing so I took it off".

I found your wind screen on the internet and the reviews and pictures is what drove me to order the Marlin. I usually run a T-Sport fairing but wanted to show off the front end and headlight on my 2018 Low Rider. I decided to give it a try and really liked the look. I raised my headlight and I am running it at the maximum height. I wasn’t sure how it would work but after riding with it, I am very happy with it. I ride with a full face helmet and it works great even at 80mph +

I tried a large windscreen on my Dyna. It took the wind pressure off, but the helmet buffeting was horrible. I even tried lowers, but to no effect. The Dart Marlin screen looks great, and takes enough wind off of my chest to make long highway rides great with no buffeting. Love it.

This has to be the best money I have ever spent on a bike . It turns a bike that I couldn't really be bothered pushing much above 60mph on long runs into a viable distance tourer. Rode 300 miles from Glastonbury to Yorkshire for MAG's Farmyard PArty and didn't arrive exhausted - result!

Delighted with the high quality of the screen. Amazed at the wind reduction for a small screen, I'm 6 ft 2 in tall and it was only at the higher speed levels (70 plus) that I started to get some head buffeting. Up to 60 mph (cruising speeds) it worked well. Very pleased with the look on this bike, it suits it well.

09' FXDL...there is only one and only "Dart". I have order many different wind shields (Manufactures) held them up to bike (hum...cheap mounting hardware, did not look right, etc...) and sent them back. If I just ordered the Dart in the first place I would have had a 3rd of it paid for with the return shipping of all the other manufactures mistakes.
Anywho the quality is top shelf...bar none, I purchased and returned the others so I know. The mounting hardware is also top shelf. PIC's are forth coming...I have not had a chance to install but I held up and took pic's to see if I like style (it's a keeper). Once I get it on after the holidays I will post a pic or two for sure. Kinda down right now...new disc in back two days after arrival of my dart "Marlin"
