Exactly what I was hoping for. Harley screens run too large for me and create unbearable buffeting. The Dart screen relieves the pressure off of my chest so I'm not pushed back like a wind sail but leaves the rest of me feeling the cool breeze.

Fits great, looks way better than a standard windscreen, and is surprisingly effective. Removes a lot of the parachute effect I used to get on my Sportster at highway speed, and moves the wind up so it no longer hits my entire helmet. A bit finicky to line it up on-center, but probably not critical since the screen is small and the mounting point is very close to the middle of the forks. I also love that I can see over it, as I wasn't a huge fan of looking through a windscreen. Took about 3 weeks to finally make it out of the UK and into the US after the customs hand-off, but that was expected, and it made it's way to the shipping carrier very quickly, so that was nice.

I wanted a small an unobtrusive windshield for my Sportster Iron 883--just something to get the wind off my chest. The Dart Flyscreen did jus that, and more. without the windshield, I was forced to wear a full faced helmet just to keep my eyes from watering. After installing the flyscreen, I can now wear an open face helmet without any buffeting or watery eyes. The quality of the brackets and the screen were beyone my expectations, and the install was simple and straightforward. Looks great, and that was the major goal too. No significant wind deflection below 90 km/h, but eases pressure on chest significant in speeds above 100 km/h. Seems to make wind hit top of my helmet instead of chest.
Might as well deflect a Bumblebee or two during the season. Installing was very easy.

I have a 2018 Harley 883 Iron and im able to run up to around 80mph before feeling heavy winds acting on me like they did before above 60-65. The ride is still enjoyable as the wind is in my face but I can ride on more than just the backroads with comfort now.
Installation was very simple and took only a few minutes to secure it to the bike. Shipping took a few weeks but I expected that as it was traveling across an ocean to get to me. I will definitely recommend this to others in the future.

Couldn’t use stock Harley windshield after I installed the auxiliary Harley spotlights, so the Dart screen, although much smaller than the Harley shield, is a good alternative, and is more stylish anyway.

I was extremely skeptic on purchasing one of DART Flyscreens and decided to try one out to see if this DART flyscreen will really help break the wind. The results were very impressive. It definitely blocked all the wind from the neck down. As for the headwinds, it also did quite well, except for on extremely winding (14-16mph) days and riding at speeds of 90+. monté sur it mon 1200R carbu de 2005. montage très facile sur les 2 vis d'origine supérieures du té de fourche. Excellente qualité de l'ensemble. pas de pieces en plastic toute ets tres bien fini et ne dénote pas de la finition de la moto, semble monté d'origine sur la moto et ne dénature pas le look épuré du sporster. La protection apportée est surprenante pour la taille de l'écran, enlève bien la pression sur le buste on peut rouler à 120 km/h sans tirer sur les bras.
Bref un achat indispensable pour manger de la route.

I have had the Dart classic screen installed on my XL for almost five years now. It really helps blocking wind to the chest and looks great to boot! I have recommended this screen to so many riders I have lost count now. My Sportster has a headlight lowering bracket which gives the classic screen an even lower profile than stock configuration. BTW I have purchased the Dart Piranha to replace the classic which became scratched a few years ago in a altercation with the pavement. It is one tough screen; no breaks, cracks or chips and still performs as it should. I have been thoroughly pleased with the aesthetics, quality, function and durability of your fly screen. Fit and finish were excellent! On my Sportster 1200 Low, it blocks the direct flow of wind to my chest at highway speeds. I still get lots of wind, so it is not going to keep me significantly warmer in the winter months other than blocking direct flow to my chest. I'm 6 ft tall, and the wind off the top of the flyscreen hits my helmet (full-face). I'm using the light tint, and I like the way it blends so nicely with my chromed-out bike. I've used it up to 80 mph, and it does not rattle or vibrate. For me it works best at 60 to 65 mph for all-day comfort from wind forces. I've used full windshield with additional lowers before: they blocked so much wind force that it affected the bike's performance. Flyscreen is ideal for me and my style of enjoyment.

Dart does not market the Classic for the “Seventy Two” XL1200V. I knew this, but figured I could make something work. This is it. I mounted it to the top of the handlebar clamp using 2.7 inch long 5/16-18 threaded rod, Dart’s spacers, nuts to clamp the bars to torque specs and acorn nuts and washers to hold the Dart mounting brackets. It required no modification to any Dart parts.
It fits nicely between the mini apes, kind of crowns the tac/Speedo module and works really well to cut the wind. I’m a very happy old fart.

Before installing the Dart flyscreen on my 2001 Sportster S, running at 70mph or faster was a chore. The wind blast felt like it was trying to push me off the back of the bike and pulled up on my helmet. I was amazed at how well the Dart screen created a pocket of air that deflected most of the wind around my torso and over my head. I can now ride comfortably at up to 85mph without feeling like I'm doing a pull-up on the bars to hang on or that I'm having my helmet pulled off my head.

I was extremely skeptic on purchasing one of DART Flyscreens and decided to try one out to see if this DART flyscreen will really help break the wind. The results were very impressive. It definitely blocked all the wind from the neck down. As for the headwinds, it also did quite well, except for on extremely winding (14-16mph) days and riding at speeds of 90+. La protection apportée est surprenante pour la taille de l'écran, enlève bien la pression sur le buste on peut rouler à 120 km/h sans tirer sur les bras.

I have had the Dart classic screen installed on my XL for almost five years now. It really helps blocking wind to the chest and looks great to boot! I have recommended this screen to so many riders I have lost count now. My Sportster has a headlight lowering bracket which gives the classic screen an even lower profile than stock configuration. BTW I have purchased the Dart Piranha to replace the classic which became scratched a few years ago in a altercation with the pavement. It is one tough screen; no breaks, cracks or chips and still performs as it should. I have been thoroughly pleased with the aesthetics, quality, function and durability of your fly screen. Fit and finish were excellent! On my Sportster 1200 Low, it blocks the direct flow of wind to my chest at highway speeds. I still get lots of wind, so it is not going to keep me significantly warmer in the winter months other than blocking direct flow to my chest. I'm 6 ft tall, and the wind off the top of the flyscreen hits my helmet (full-face). I'm using the light tint, and I like the way it blends so nicely with my chromed-out bike. I've used it up to 80 mph, and it does not rattle or vibrate. For me it works best at 60 to 65 mph for all-day comfort from wind forces. I've used full windshield with additional lowers before: they blocked so much wind force that it affected the bike's performance. Flyscreen is ideal for me and my style of enjoyment.

Dart does not market the Classic for the “Seventy Two” XL1200V. I knew this, but figured I could make something work. This is it. I mounted it to the top of the handlebar clamp using 2.7 inch long 5/16-18 threaded rod, Dart’s spacers, nuts to clamp the bars to torque specs and acorn nuts and washers to hold the Dart mounting brackets. It required no modification to any Dart parts.
It fits nicely between the mini apes, kind of crowns the tac/Speedo module and works really well to cut the wind. I’m a very happy old fart.

Before installing the Dart flyscreen on my 2001 Sportster S, running at 70mph or faster was a chore. The wind blast felt like it was trying to push me off the back of the bike and pulled up on my helmet. I was amazed at how well the Dart screen created a pocket of air that deflected most of the wind around my torso and over my head. I can now ride comfortably at up to 85mph without feeling like I'm doing a pull-up on the bars to hang on or that I'm having my helmet pulled off my head.

Fits great, looks way better than a standard windscreen, and is surprisingly effective. Removes a lot of the parachute effect I used to get on my Sportster at highway speed, and moves the wind up so it no longer hits my entire helmet. A bit finicky to line it up on-center, but probably not critical since the screen is small and the mounting point is very close to the middle of the forks. I also love that I can see over it, as I wasn't a huge fan of looking through a windscreen. Took about 3 weeks to finally make it out of the UK and into the US after the customs hand-off, but that was expected, and it made it's way to the shipping carrier very quickly, so that was nice.

I wanted a small an unobtrusive windshield for my Sportster Iron 883--just something to get the wind off my chest. The Dart Flyscreen did jus that, and more. without the windshield, I was forced to wear a full faced helmet just to keep my eyes from watering. After installing the flyscreen, I can now wear an open face helmet without any buffeting or watery eyes. The quality of the brackets and the screen were beyone my expectations, and the install was simple and straightforward. Looks great, and that was the major goal too. No significant wind deflection below 90 km/h, but eases pressure on chest significant in speeds above 100 km/h. Seems to make wind hit top of my helmet instead of chest.
Might as well deflect a Bumblebee or two during the season. Installing was very easy.

I have a 2018 Harley 883 Iron and im able to run up to around 80mph before feeling heavy winds acting on me like they did before above 60-65. The ride is still enjoyable as the wind is in my face but I can ride on more than just the backroads with comfort now.
Installation was very simple and took only a few minutes to secure it to the bike. Shipping took a few weeks but I expected that as it was traveling across an ocean to get to me. I will definitely recommend this to others in the future.

I didn't want to compromise the style of my 883 Iron so I started doing research. I found dart to be the best function and style for what I needed. I was a little worried that a screen would spoil the lines of my 883R. Screen actually looks great. Fitting very easy and brackets very high quality. Didn't notice any increased wind noise and keeps flies and bugs off the speedo and my chest. Recommended.

After hundreds spent on the bike this has been the best and cheapest accessory purchased. I noticed a considerable reduction in the wind buffering on my chest at higher speeds on a recent short ride. A longer ride-out is planned and I am sure I will notice the benefits. The quality of the the product and instructions were spot on and fitting was easy.

Dart does not market the Classic for the “Seventy Two” XL1200V. I knew this, but figured I could make something work. This is it. I mounted it to the top of the handlebar clamp using 2.7 inch long 5/16-18 threaded rod, Dart’s spacers, nuts to clamp the bars to torque specs and acorn nuts and washers to hold the Dart mounting brackets. It required no modification to any Dart parts.
It fits nicely between the mini apes, kind of crowns the tac/Speedo module and works really well to cut the wind. I’m a very happy old fart.

I have a 2003 sportster with the slammer kit install with my clip on bars sitting right on top of the triple tree clamp . Super tight fit but it all worked

Took bike on 200 mike plus trip at average highway speed of 70 mph and I will have to say.....
Wind off the chest yet in the hair and face as it is supposed to be.
Does EXACTLY what it was meant to do and looks outstanding in the process.

I installed the flyscreen. That part was easy. It took me maybe 30 minutes in total installation to enjoyment time. The screen still has a bit of wind in my face, but that's OK. I wanted it to reduce the 'hammer in my chest', which it does quite well. I am pleased with the purchase.

I don't normally like screens and sometimes they look awful but this screen is an exception.
Keeps the wind of the chest at speed, adds some but aceatable wind turbulence(not like some faired bikes I've had)
It's a very good neat solution and the dark tint on my vivid black Harley matches the style

Before installing the Dart flyscreen on my 2001 Sportster S, running at 70mph or faster was a chore. The wind blast felt like it was trying to push me off the back of the bike and pulled up on my helmet. I was amazed at how well the Dart screen created a pocket of air that deflected most of the wind around my torso and over my head. I can now ride comfortably at up to 85mph without feeling like I'm doing a pull-up on the bars to hang on or that I'm having my helmet pulled off my head.

The screen although not specifically for a 1994 Sportster due to its cable driven speedometer, with careful routing of the cable it has been possible to achieve a great fit and finish.
