The original Dart Flyscreen was designed and developed in 1995. Evoking the spirit of 1950s British road racers, its minimalist style and remarkable performance made it an instant hit.
In 2005, we changed from thermoforming to injection-moulding, for the simple reason that it gives a superior product. For example, look at the polished bead around the screen, and the recessed areas for the fittings. We are still the only aftermarket manufacturer who use injection-moulding for all our screens. The screen is nearly 4mm thick and is made from high impact Makrolon polycarbonate - the same material used by German car manufacturers for headlight lenses.
The Dart Classic is available in light or dark tint, plus opaque black and opaque grey ABS (suitable for painting) on request.

The Dart Manta is a sharp, sleek screen which complements the aggressive styling of modern naked bikes. Like the Classic flyscreen, it’s designed to improve comfort at motorway speeds without being obtrusive and changing the nature of the bike.
Style-wise, the Manta is distinctive without drawing attention to itself – it is an accessory, after all, and shouldn’t compete with the bike itself. The form has direction and purpose with its sharp centre line, and visual separation of the side fins, where the fittings are located.
Like all our screens, the Manta screen is injection-moulded in 4mm thick Makrolon high impact polycarbonate. Quality is as high as any original equipment screen available, and way ahead of ordinary aftermarket products. Look at the detailing: the rounded, polished perimeter bead, the recessed areas for the fittings, the textured finish to the side fins. All this reflects the attention that has gone into the product.
The Manta is available in light or dark tint, with midnight black coming soon.
So you like the style and quality of the Dart Classic flyscreen, but need a bit more protection? The Marlin is just for you. With 56% more surface area than the Classic, it’s designed to fill the gap between the minimalist flyscreen and a full touring screen. Unless you’re doing a lot of highway miles, you’ll probably find this is all you need.
The Marlin takes its styling cues directly from the 1970s, with its generous, rounded form. As such it’s an ideal companion for the Honda CB1100 and Ducati’s new Scrambler, as well as looking great on a mag-wheel Bonneville.
As usual, the Marlin is injection-moulded in 4mm thick Makrolon high impact polycarbonate. The quality is obvious as soon as you look at it. We’ve added our trademark rounded perimeter bead, and deep recessed areas for the fittings. The Marlin is available in light, dark and midnight black tints.
